How do I place an order?
Browse products and add items to your cart. Go to Checkout, enter your delivery details, and complete payment by card. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Do I need an account?
No, guest checkout is available. Creating an account helps you track orders and manage returns more easily.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start preparing orders quickly. If you need a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at
info@electroplace.co.uk.
If the order has already shipped, you can return it within the 30-day window (see returns below).
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments only (Visa and Mastercard). Payments are processed securely; card details are not stored on our servers.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All prices are shown in GBP. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees if you pay from another currency.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from the UK. Some destinations may require additional time for customs clearance.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import duties, taxes or brokerage fees collected by the carrier or customs in your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Which carriers do you use?
We work with reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx/UPS and others—depending on destination and parcel size/weight.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details (where available). You can also check order status via your account.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return period?
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they meet the conditions below.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and include all original packaging, accessories and documentation.
- For hygiene/safety items and software-activated goods, returns may be restricted where seals have been broken.
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it for you.
How do I start a return?
- Email info@electroplace.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA reference (if applicable).
- Package the item securely and send it using a tracked service.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
International returns
Please mark the parcel as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” and clearly write your RMA on the outside. Any customs charges billed back to us due to incorrect declaration may be deducted from the refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are typically processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Your bank/card provider may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to post the credit.
Warranty & Support
What warranty is included?
Many electronic items include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Please keep your proof of purchase.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email info@electroplace.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and photos/videos if possible. We’ll advise the next steps (repair, replacement or refund as appropriate).

Are the products new and genuine?
Yes. We source from trusted distributors and brands. Product pages list key specifications; images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual item (e.g., packaging updates).
What if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items cannot be purchased. Availability is updated regularly—please check back or contact us for timing.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Any import duties/taxes for non-UK deliveries are collected locally by the carrier or customs and are not included in our prices.
