2. Obtain an RMA and follow the provided instructions
3. Package securely and send via a tracked service

7.5 Return Shipping

• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• International returns: clearly mark the parcel “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”. Any charges billed back to us due to incorrect declaration may be deducted from the refund

7.6 Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection to the original payment method (bank/card posting times may vary).

7.7 Faulty Products

We will repair, replace, or refund faulty items in line with consumer law and manufacturer policies.
