Your 30-day return window
You can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
How to start a return
- Email info@electroplace.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
- We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and instructions.
- Pack the item securely; clearly mark your RMA on the label or inside the parcel.
- Send the parcel using the method we specify (tracked service recommended).
Return shipping: Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- We refund to the original payment method. Your card provider may take 1–2 billing cycles to post the credit.
- We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions for missing accessories or signs of use.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, we’ll offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate under UK consumer law. Please contact us promptly with a description of the fault and photos/videos where helpful.
