This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders shipped worldwide from the United Kingdom.

1. Return Eligibility (30 Days)

You may return items purchased from us within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
  • All included accessories, manuals and documentation must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or invoice).

2. How to Request a Return (RMA)

  1. Email info@electroplace.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the return is approved.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided in our instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / not required: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Wrong item sent or faulty on arrival: we will cover reasonable return costs or provide a prepaid label (where available) once the issue is verified.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

4. International Returns (Worldwide)

  • Mark the parcel as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” and include your RMA number on the outside.
  • Import duties, taxes or brokerage fees paid at import are not refunded by ElectroPlace. You may be able to reclaim them locally.
  • If customs or carriers charge us on an incorrectly declared return, we may deduct such charges from your refund.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software.
  • Personalised, custom-built or clearance items (unless defective).

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where appropriate under applicable consumer law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), we will offer a repair, replacement or refund.

7. Refunds (up to 14 Days)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping fees are refundable only if the item was faulty or we sent the wrong product.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

9. Warranty Support

Many products are covered by a manufacturer warranty (typically up to 12 months against manufacturing defects).
If a fault arises after the return window, contact us for guidance on warranty claims.
